We will have a dinner
meeting on Monday night.
This will be at the
Hampton Inn and is a
2‑entree buffet dinner. Our
dinner speaker is Dr.
Carolyn Mahoney, President
of Lincoln University and
recipient of the
2007 AAUP Ralph S. Brown
Award for Shared Governance.
On Tuesday, we will have our
business meeting at the
hotel. We will not
spend our morning at the
capitol talking with
legislators ‑‑ I made this
change because Feb. 5 is
primary day and I fear that
many legislators
would not have time to speak
with us. Meeting at the
hotel also
eliminates the problem with
parking at the Truman
building. Hopefully,
this will allow us to work
on some of the items we have
identified as
action items at our previous
meetings. Lunch will be
brought in. (If
you have already scheduled
time with legislators in the
morning, then
just come for the afternoon
meeting)
